Copper
On January 17th, we were emotionally, spiritually, and even physically altered by the the death of our beloved dog, Copper. She had cancer and had to be put down at nearly 12 years old. Casey and I are mourning her loss and will continue each day. She will always be remembered as the perfect dog.

Doggie Dentist
We are animal lovers! Two cats, two dogs, two people live in our house. Copper, our golden retriever, got her teeth cleaned today. Copper will be 12 in March. She's an amazing dog! I was so worried about the anesthesia because she's old and it can be dangerous. Her blood work was fine and her teeth were too filthy not to have the procedure done so we went ahead. Thank goodness we did! They found a twig lodged in the roof of her mouth. A twig that I didn't see was there even though almost every morning, I pry open her jaws and give her a pain pill for her arthritis. Check out the pictures:
